CROWN CHAKRA
Violet is the crown chakra color – our connection with the energy of heaven. Violet is the color of spirituality. It has the shortest wavelength and the highest vibration of the colors of the visible spectrum of light. Violet offers and inner sense of wholeness. With wholeness comes a sense of ending, completion of a process, and a promise of something new, illumination, rebirth. Violet connects with sadness of letting go and also with joy of transformation. There is peace and tranquility in the newfound knowledge of profound change. Violet color is cleansing and purifying. It is the color of magic, ritual, cleansing, purifying, connecting, mystery, and mysticism. It is a color that allows us to glimpse other realities, beyond our physical and material reality of this earthly existence. It is pure cosmic energy. Violet is a color of reconciliation. Of bringing together polarities – male and female, day and night, hot and cold, heaven and earth, right brain and left brain. In this state of balance, you feel the connection with other beings, with heaven, with earth, with all of Universe. There is no separation, no duality. As you unfold the petals of your crown chakra, you find the seat of your wisdom. You assimilate knowledge and integrate it. You know and you understand. You manifest divinity.
On a physical crown chakra color violet relates to the cerebral cortex, the skull, and the brain. People with balanced violet energy have all their chakras spinning smoothing, energy in their body is flowing freely from bottom to the top. They radiate health, peace, and effortless energy. Violet people are open minded, curious, and deep thinkers. They love learning, studying, and reading. They question what they learn, introspect and find connections and patterns within everything. No subject is too dull or boring to learn. The biggest challenge of violet on a mental level is when someone is too withdrawn and attached to the materialistic pursuits of this existence – overindulging in earthly pursuits and stuck in their way of thinking. Unwilling to open up to other ideas, thoughts, or knowledge. Violet is an energy of completion – of an end of a cycle. It is a color of letting go, to give space for something new to be born. On an emotional level, crown chakra color violet may contain deep grief and sadness, suffering within the joy of living, accepting the journey of life here on earth. The challenge of violet energy is when it is blocked or excessive and it manifests as psychosis, dissociation from the body, being disconnected and ungrounded. On a spiritual level, violet may indicate a person who is able to give without the need for acknowledgement or recognition. Someone who is whole and gives from the place of her own inner completeness.

PINEAL GLAND – CROWN CHAKRA
EMOTIONAL COMPONENTS OF YOUR PINEAL GLAND ISSUES.
If you experience pituitary gland issues such your emotions might be at play, to help you I would like to share an article from Luís Martins Simões book “Does Your Body Lie?“, in which he states the following:
The pineal gland (or pineal body) is also called Epiphysis.
This is a relatively unknown endocrine gland placed between the two cerebral hemispheres. It is tucked right in the middle of the cranium. For those who work with chakras, it is directly connected to the crown chakra, the seventh chakra, purple chakra. This gland is in the conduit connecting the seventh chakra to the first. It is directly connected to the day’s solar cycle. It secretes serotonin and melatonin. Serotonin gives life to the body; it gives it dynamics and vibrancy. This hormone is responsible for the yanging process of the person (it reinforces the person’s structure). It makes the person energetic. It is between two and four in the morning, during sleep, that secretion of serotonin by the pineal gland stops and gives way to the secretion of melatonin. People who suffer from depression often have a shortage of serotonin and suffer from insomnia between two and four in the morning.
The pineal gland also appears to play a role in the form the person reacts to exposure to sunlight and, above all, to the way he metabolises melanin. In fact, the pineal gland is linked to the so-called force of Heaven, to the energy that comes from Heaven, namely to the energy that comes from the Sun. The person who has pineal-related problems is someone who has severe disturbances in his sense of direction, in the route he needs to take in his life, in issues related to humbleness and authority. This person has a major problem in his relationship with his biological Father or with the male model (could be the person’s husband). He is a very mentally oriented person, very rational, who wants to sort everything out by himself. He believes he knows all the answers and that he needs to be in command. He leaves no space for intuition

WHAT TO DO TO HEAL YOUR CROWN CHAKRA
There are many things that you can do today to assist in balancing out your Crown chakra. You do everything that’s listed, none of it, or simply pick and choose what your body and mind are resonating with and proceed from there.
MEDITATION: You can simply close your eyes and focus on your crown chakra. You can add a mudra to your meditation and/or add a mantra specific to this chakra. You can even dress in the colors associated with the crown chakra which is Indigo. Or go even further and focus on eating foods that are supportive of the crown chakra. One step further as you are doing Yoga spend a little extra time on a yoga pose which opens and balances out this chakra. Be prepared as you go through this exercise that in order to balance out your crown chakra many emotions that have been stored in this part of your body may begin to rise. Pay attention to your thoughts as you go about your day, and try to truly tune into the reasons to these thoughts, feelings and emotions being there. Give gratitude for the experiences associated with these emotions and let go of any negative feelings that you may have in this regard. As you are working with releasing your emotions various vibrational remedies should come in handy for you. Try using some of the remedies in this article below.

Foods That Balance: For this chakra, think purple. Purple grapes, purple kale, blueberries, purple cabbage, eggplant, and purple carrots. Also include cocao, which is rich in flavonoids and boosts serotonin, which helps to relieve stress and inflammation. Incense and smudging herbs like sage, copal, myrrh, frankincense, and juniper. Fasting and detoxifying are said to be beneficial for the development of the chakra as it awakens to the highest form spiritual communication.

Some common essential oils for the crown chakra are:

Essence of Hydrogenium –The down to earth picture
Maybe the best description of the Hydrogenium state is the Paradise Lost state. In the astral world we are connected with everything, united with the whole and simply part of the whole. Then we are stepping out of this harmony and incarnating in the physical world, where duality is the rule and where we lose the consciousness that we are all One and connected with each other. The little baby can still partly be in this state of connection, but rather quickly he will get the paradise lost feeling. The challenge in this earthy life is not to stay in the consciousness of the Whole, but to accept fully the physical and material experience as part of the game. The ultimate purpose is to become conscious what oneness really is. To understand this profoundly I refer to the books of Neale Donald Walsch, Conversation with God, tome 1, 2 and 3 and all his later books. To become conscious of LOVE we have to experience NON-LOVE, to become conscious of the LIGHT we have to experience DARKNESS, because only the experience of darkness can give us the conscience of what is Light. This is also true for ONENESS. To become consciousness of what is Oneness we have to experience Non-Oneness, what is Separation or Duality. So the real Hydrogenium state is not the state feeling ONE with everything, but the experience of separation with the desire to experience again the Oneness, first with our Soul and then with all the other Souls and so with the Universal Soul. For me Hydrogenium is not a birth state remedy, but the state of a soul that has gone through the challenges of fully incarnation (Lac maternum), experience of ego (as separated from the whole) (Carcinosinum/Cuprum) and of the state of non-love (Saccharum), has played the fight of friend and enemy, defeat, victimization, oppression and victory (Rhus-tox. and Anacardium) and who has a strong desire after having experienced and resolved all these experiences of separation to connect again to the Oneness with full Consciousness. Then Hydrogenium has to be given as a last remedy after all the others and is in some way the crown on the work for the courage we had to live our life and to become conscious. Hydrogenium will not take us out of the reality of this physical world but make us more conscious of the connection with our own soul and with the whole as in the above case. So to say there is a logical sequence respecting the game of the cosmos. In this consciousness the physical world in which we live here on earth is equally part of the cosmos as is the astral world. There is no exclusion only inclusion. I have to emphasize here that being healed by Hydrogenium doesn’t mean that we constantly experience the oneness, surely not. As long as we live in this physical body we will experience duality and the exalted Hydrogenium state is not the state we should look for. It is a state of misbalance in which we are not longer capable to live our life harmoniously; we become psychotic and inapt at this life.

There is another Hydrogenium state which is caused by the refusal to accept the experience of this material world and to try by all means to get out of the material world and to connect with the One again as quick as possible. Then physical life is a burden and has to be avoided as much as possible. No sex, no pleasure of the table, no beautiful clothes, no possessions, no sin, just meditation as a way to join the One as soon as possible. I am not criticizing this way of life; as human beings with a clouded consciousness we cannot completely go to the bottom of the mystery of life. And every experience in this world whatever it is, serves the Whole in growth of consciousness. So every way of life deserves respect, even if we think we should never make that choice, which is probably a delusion. But focus mainly on the non-physical state, even without refusing the physical experience, can create also a Hydrogenium state in which we lose control over the physical reality. In these cases Hydrogenium will also restore the balance between physical and non physical life and not promote just one. The first case I ever heard was on the Professional Case Conference 1994 in Seattle, USA, organized by the IFH. Steve Olsen, ND from Canada, presented a very interesting case of paranoid schizophrenia. The description of this case is as follows: “This 45 year old man spends many hours, weeks and months in meditation, reading esoteric literature and thinking about how to make positive and creative solutions in his life and the lives of others. Then there is a breakthrough, his mind makes a connection with the supreme life force. Here he finds eternal truths, revelations and excitements about the possibilities before him. (…)” Steve’s comments: “Along the path to complete his mission something goes wrong, there are distortions in perception, the information does not integrate into the real world; the ego gets too inflated and past conflicts that are not resolved come to the surface. Ultimately the state of higher consciousness becomes too much to handle.“ Steve makes some interesting remarks concerning this case: “This is an experience perhaps that many people are trying to achieve; i.e. that of transcendence from the physical boundaries and into the mystical spiritual realms. (…) In this case I believe the desire to develop the capacity to unite with the “source of all things” was premature and led to a certain type of imbalance, distortion and breakdown. As one author puts it: “The road to enlightenment is littered with the wrecks of souls that were not ready for the powerful forces that are generated from such action. Baryta Carbonica
Specially indicated in infancy and old age. Cannabis Indica
Cannabis is a sycotic remedy. It is a remedy of the plant kingdom and belongs to the addictive group of “drug” remedies. As in other sycotic remedies, we see a cover up for a feeling of inadequacy. Like other plant remedies Cannabis has oversensitivity. It also has a sense of isolation and other symptoms common to the group of “drug” remedies. The perceived weakness is actually an inadequacy in facing the threats, dangers and risks of the outside world. The Cannabis person feels unequipped to face them directly and hence observes the world from within the safe confines of a “glass cage”.
Cannabis indica is the one who is locked inside the house. This is not an ordinary house but a palace. Thus although he is very well provided materially, he is lonely. There is a total lack of any kind of stimulus within the confines of this house, but he fears to step out of it, since he feels it is risky to do so. So he stays within this house, fearful of the dangers outside, and he makes up for the lack of stimulus by building fantasies and viewing things in a far more exaggerated form than they appear in reality – his sense of perception becomes exaggerated.
Colours appear brighter, sounds sweeter, distances are exaggerated and life becomes extremely peaceful and beautiful. One of my patients had a dream that he is alone in a huge, palace-like house, and is looking out of a window. Outside there is a beautiful garden and a very beautiful lady wearing a blue coloured dress is walking. The thing that impressed him the most in the entire dream was the blue colour of her dress: “It was the most fascinating shade of blue”, he said. He did very well on Cannabis indica. From this dream we can understand that stimulation is sought by looking out of the window, the source being present outside of his house (because he is afraid to step outside). Also, all impressions and perceptions are very much increased. But behind these pleasant fantasies lie fears. Cannabis indica has never gone out of his glass house into the outside world. Hence when he goes out, it is terrifying for him since the outside world is too harsh for him, especially with his heightened sensitivity and perception. There is fear of threatening danger.
The inside bores him while the outside terrifies him, therefore he takes Cannabis inside the house to keep himself stimulated. Cannabis is a social drug, i.e. it is taken in groups. Its intake removes any sense of isolation that a person may feel. It is the drug of the Hippies – they are well off materially, but isolated, forsaken and bored. They form groups and seek stimulus from music, flowers, bright colours (they usually dress up in very bright colours), nature, etc.
Gautam Buddha’s is a Cannabis indica story. He was a prince who was never allowed to step out of his palace. Once, overcome by boredom inside the palace, he went out for a chariot ride in his kingdom and saw first a sick man, then an old man, and finally a dead man. He found this outside world too cruel and harsh. He perceived what he had seen with a lot more sensitivity then a normal person, and could not take it.
California, where I conducted the proving of Cannabis indica, is the place where Cannabis is a quite popular drug. California is the home of Hollywood, of several television programmes and soap operas like Santa Barbara. In fact the very theme of television and cinema is the theme of overstimulation without risk. Inside the safe confines of one’s home without any kind of risk, one can get stimulated by watching television. And everything – both the beauty as well as the dangers – is exaggerated in films and in television programmes. Interestingly, television too is an addictive habit and I believe that somewhere the themes of Cannabis indica and television are similar.
Dreams of embarrassment and dreams of unsuccessful efforts are seen in Cannabis sativa but not in Cannabis indica, which shows that success and failure are of more importance to a Cannabis sativa than to Cannabis indica. The intake of Cannabis is not considered a criminal offence, which is not the case with Opium intake.
